Alabama-Auburn. Police officer down

Auborn Police Officer shot multiple times Friday night while conducting a motor vehicle stop. A search is now underway for the suspected shooter, Christopher James Wallace, who fled the scene in a Jeep Liberty unknown color at the moment. The Jeep had an Alabama tag of 6AB5267. Wallace was last seen wearing a camo hoodie and was accompanied by a female.

There is a massive Police presence being reported in the area . The officer has been transported to a local hospital where he was alert and talking. Updates will be provided as they come in.
