BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. --A woman who shot a man because he was snoring too loudly is facing attempted murder charges, Brevard County deputies confirmed.
Lorie Morin, 47, of Cocoa, shot her boyfriend for snoring too loud. The 47 year old faces a slew of charges including attempted murder.
When officers responded to the home originally, the couple stated the shooting was an accident, an apparent cover up to avoid charges brought on by the department
The man was taken to the hospital where he is still recovering from his injury but is in stable condition.Authorities said Morin grabbed a shotgun and fired at her boyfriend, striking him.
The 47 year old is being held without bond in reference to the incident.
