Falls River, MA--Officials say two teenage girls have been arrested after an attempted armed robbery at a bank.
Police say a 14 year old girl walked into the BayCoast Bank in Falls River, MA and slid the teller a note. She demanded all of the money out of the safe, and threatened to "blow everything up and kill everybody."
The teen then help her hands tight as if she was holding something. The employee gave her the cash and the teen fled the location.
The teenager was caught about a mile away from the bank with another 15 year old girl in a dark colored Toyota Camry.
Police traced the registration of the getaway car after reviewing several surveillance cameras in the area.
Both teenagers were arrested and charged with armed robbery. No weapons were recovered when they were arrested.
