Lousville, KY-Police say an argument over dog poop led to a shooting Friday that injured two people.
Glenn Gholar Jr., 38, was arrested Friday after he reportedly shot a woman in the face and a man multiple times during an argument over "canine fecal matter in their apartment yard," according to an arrest citation. The incident happened in the Shawnee neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky.
Louisville police responded just after 4:30 p.m. Friday. The woman and man suffered serious injuries but are expected to survive, according to police.
Gholar is accused of shooting the two people with a revolver before fleeing in a vehicle, the arrest citation said. He was stopped a short time later by Louisville police, who found a revolver "in plain view in the vehicle."
Gholar was booked into Louisville Metro Corrections and charged with two counts of first-degree assault. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and remains held in lieu of $100,000 bond, according to online court records.
