Off-Duty California Sheriff's Deputy killed in Traffic Collision
An Off-Duty California Sheriff's Deputy was tragically killed in Traffic Collision in the early morning hours on Sunday. The agency posted this message to facebook. "it is with deep sadness that we report the sudden death of Deputy Nicholas O'loughlin"
Not to long after midnight on Sunday, The Chino Police Department responded to a traffic collision. Upon their arrival, they discovered the vehicle along with Nicholas O'loughlin". The deputy had been struck by another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle was arrested on suspicion of DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
Nicholas O'loughlin joined the department in July 2017 and left and positive lasting impression on the department and people he served.
