Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a missing 4-year-old girl in Franklin County.
Gemma Moats was last seen Wednesday night around 7:30 p.m/ in the area of the 12000 block of Pen Mar Road near Waynesboro.
Gemma was last seen wearing a pink silk shirt, shorts, and no shoes.
Anyone with information on Moats is asked to contact police immediately by calling 911 or PSP Chambersburg at 717-264-5161.
