Union City, CA-The mother of a student at James Logan High School in Union City says she was brutally attacked by two teenage girls when she tried to visit the principal’s office to complain that her 16-year-old daughter was being bullied.
Maria Guadalupe Jimenez was hospitalized for two days with broken bones after the teens beat her up outside the school.
Jimenez, her husband, Eder Rojas, and daughter went to the school to complain to the principal that students were bullying the 16-year-old. As they were entering the front door, they were confronted and assaulted by two teenage girls. Rojas was trying to protect his daughter when the attackers turned on his wife.
Rojas said, “They want to hit my daughter but they couldn’t get there so they grabbed my wife.”
Jimenez said, “The girl was very furious, they grabbed me by the hair and dragged me.” Jimenez was kicked and punched in the face and her nose was broken.
